A lion playing chess

In my last email, I wrote about how you are turning against your body when guilt or shame are present alongside sexual desire. It’s like your mind resists what your body feels, which never ends well.

But there’s an important aspect to it. Accepting and allowing those feelings to flow inside does not mean you have the right to act on them in any situation.

Just because you have a sexual desire doesn’t mean you immediately need to do something about it.

This can inevitably create uncomfortable situations around you.

There’s a difference between feeling desire and acting on it. Just because the desire is inside you doesn’t mean you need to act on it. This is exactly what animals do — they follow their instincts and desires regardless of the situation (unless they are conditioned to do otherwise, hence domesticated).

If a lion wants to eat and a gazelle happens to be in its vicinity, then good luck convincing the lion to go play chess instead.

Fortunately for all of us, we don’t need to immediately act on our impulses, nor repress them and feel guilty about them.

You can feel the desire, allow it to flow freely inside, yet not act on it or exhibit any external behavior. Everything is done internally. You can feel the pleasure associated with the sexual desire and remain there—without externally acting on it.

This will allow you to stop the repression, guilt, and shame, and start to accept your desires healthily.

The more you do this, the more you work with your body rather than against it. You present the unified front we are all seeking with magnetism. You can learn how to do this with Sexual Energy Mastery. It might take a while to break your previous conditioning and create a new one, but it’s worth it!
