One important exercise to try to improve your other senses is to blindfold yourself and walk around the house without the use of vision.
This exercise will help you to increase the attention you give to your other senses, especially hearing and touch. While you walk blindfold you don’t have sight to guide you, so you have to rely entirely, first on your memory, then on your touch and hear. Try to develop different strategies for doing different things without seeing them.
This will be a good exercise to try especially when eating.. It will make you eat slower, more aware and conscious and to also develop your sense of taste. Try it!
