On this course we’re going to deal with one of the most important topics for anyone: our health.
Over the years in our studies of multiple mind technologies it was inevitable to learn different techniques and practices for our body health since the mind cannot evolve without a superior body health.
If you don’t take care of your body, your mind will also suffer. You can train in all the mind powers known to man but if you take very little care of your body, your mind will NEVER achieve true peak performance.
That’s just the way it is!
And for that reason we at Charisma School find it extremely important to share what we learned on this topic over the years. We aren’t medical doctors, so if you decide to do any of the practices, techniques, tips listed here, do it at your own risk and please make sure you read our disclaimer before doing anything.
Here’s how this is going to work:
Starting tomorrow and for the next 14 days a new video will be posted daily with a health practice, technique, advice or tip on body cleansing and purification. You can choose to use it or discard it. My advice is to give it a fair trial and try it out for a while, see how you adjust to it and afterwards decide if you want to keep doing it or not.
On most cases, there’s really no order into what techniques you should do first or later. There will be exceptions which I will address on the videos.
