This third week will be dedicated to brain enhancement and health in terms of nutrition, sleep and supplements. I’ll also tell you one thing you can do to immediately to increase your productivity and brain activation during your work. It will not only improve YOUR brain activation but also the brain activation of everyone at your side.

Exercise 10 “Non-Dominant Hand Writing” – I’m pretty sure you saw this one coming. In the video, I’ll share with you a simple but very effective technique to start getting used to write with your non-dominant hand.

Exercise 11 “Hemispheric Sync 3” – A sequel to last week’s exercise. As your might have noticed, these are increasing in difficulty.

Exercise 12 “Different Senses” – Our five senses are the portals, or gateways, through which the brain gets its entire contact with the outside world, most of the times we rely heavily only on sight and hearing… this exercise is a way to explore all the other senses and continue to make new associations in your brain.
