You can’t grow in poisoned soil

In the previous email, we talked about how inner practices only work when your life supports them, as no exercise can fix what you keep tolerating. Real change happens when your actions match your intentions.

It’s important to consider this deeply since places, people, and routines directly affect your magnetism: no matter what you do, if you stay in a toxic environment, it will be very hard to thrive.

Think of it like a tree. No matter how strong or deep its roots, if it’s planted in poisoned soil or constant shade, it won’t flourish. You can water it, talk to it, even play music for it, but the environment will still choke its growth.

The same happens with you.

Your energy, confidence, and presence depend on the ground you stand on. If the soil of your daily life is toxic, your magnetism will always struggle to grow, no matter how many techniques you practice.

Sometimes the most energetically powerful act of magnetic growth is to move to better soil.

Unlike trees, we can change our environment, like animals that instinctively seek the best energy for themselves.

A cat will sunbathe in the warmest, quietest corner it can find, avoiding chaos or stress.

Birds choose perches that offer safety and a clear view rather than the first branch they see.

Even wild animals, like deer or wolves, move away from areas where the energy feels threatening, seeking places where they can rest, hunt, and thrive.

Animals naturally align themselves with environments that support their strength and survival.

We, humans, too, respond to energy in this way, whether we notice it or not. Choosing where and with whom to spend your energy is just as important as cultivating it within yourself.

Exercises, especially energy exercises, help us become aware of where we are and what is holding us back.

But awareness alone isn’t enough. You still have to move.
