Energy seems to be a mystical concept, but it’s not that difficult to grasp.
We can feel it every single minute, we’re just not aware of it, but its effects are prevalent in all our moods, dispositions and behaviours.
If you “feel” like doing something, there’s an energetic effect behind it.
When you “feel” like going (or not going) to the gym, something is happening energetically.
When you “feel” like having a cake, something is happening energetically.
And so on.
Knowing and understanding these energetic aspects give you a different set of tools to control your own behaviours.
