Developing your magnetism is not a ritual confined to 20 minutes in the morning. It isn’t a switch you flip on while you do your exercises and then switch off when the coffee is finished and the day begins.
Energy does not keep office hours. It is already moving through everything: through your breath, your thoughts, the room you sit in, the street outside, the stranger passing by.
The exercises are simply a doorway.
They help you tune the instrument like a musician tightening the strings of a guitar before playing, those 20 minutes sharpen your sensitivity, they slow the noise and bring your attention inward. But the music itself? That plays all day long.
Energy does not suddenly vanish when the exercise ends.
It continues while you walk to work, it’s there while you wash the dishes, it hums in the background of a conversation but most people miss it because they assume awareness belongs only to “practice time.” They step out of the exercise and mentally close the door behind them, as if the world outside were somehow less alive.
But the current never stopped flowing.
Insights arrive at strange hours. For example: an important energetic realization may come while tying your shoes, waiting in line, or staring out of a window. Sometimes the clearest moment of magnetism appears when you are not trying at all. The mind relaxes its grip and suddenly something deeper steps forward.
This is why the exercises refine perception much like sharpening a blade. They allow you to feel the subtle layers of energy more clearly. But once that perception awakens, the entire day becomes part of the practice. Every moment becomes an opportunity to notice the invisible exchanges happening beneath the surface of ordinary life.
In truth, there is no real boundary between the exercise and the rest of the day.
Energy does not care whether you are sitting with your eyes closed or buying bread at the market. The same currents move through both moments. The same field surrounds you and the same intelligence is present.
Once you see this, the world changes character.
Your day stops being a sequence of tasks and becomes something closer to a living conversation with energy itself.
And the exercises?
They remain important, I still do them till this day, but not because they create magnetism, but because they remind me how to feel what is already there all along.
