When you feel a contraction — an internal energy block — especially one that prevents you from doing something you want to do or compels you to do something you don’t want to do, it’s a sign of an inner conflict.
There’s a tension between different parts of you, often manifesting as hesitation, anxiety, or avoidance. This suggests that conflicting desires, beliefs, or fears are at play.
On one side, there’s the part of you that wants to move forward, take action, or create change. On the other, a deeper layer of conditioning, doubt, or self-protection holds you back. These defense mechanisms originate from past experiences, societal expectations, and unconscious fears.
Understanding the nature of this conflict creates space to resolve and heal it. To unblock is to end the conflict — not by force or suppression but through awareness and integration.
This might mean gently allowing yourself to move through discomfort rather than away from it. But at its core, it requires a shift from resistance to acceptance.
I know what you might be thinking… but this does NOT mean passive resignation.
Instead, it means developing the willingness to see things as they are — without distortion, denial, or judgment.
ONLY THEN can we integrate the conflicting parts and dissolve the tension. As a result, the energy that was once trapped in resistance is released, allowing us to move forward with greater clarity and ease.
In this sense, every block is an opportunity.
It points us toward something unresolved within, something asking to be acknowledged and integrated. Instead of seeing blocks as barriers, we can recognize them as invitations — gateways to deeper self-awareness, transformation, and alignment with your true will.
It’s important to understand that an energetic block is, at its core, a conflict — something you are resisting, refusing to see, or struggling to accept. And because of that, unblocking means ending the conflict by integrating the different parts of yourself.
