This simple exercise is a cornerstone for the rest of this series, that’s why this is the first one.

Before doing further exercises, spend just a couple of days getting aware of your body, your sensations and general feelings. It doesn’t take long and it will be very important for you, especially if you’re very disconnected from your body.

Without this self-awareness, very little can be done since all the other exercises are based on the heightening of your perception.
