Our beliefs about ourselves and what is possible in the world around us, greatly impact our day-to-day effectiveness. All of us have beliefs that serve as resources as well as beliefs that limit us.
In this video I’m going to discuss the self-belief: the belief in yourself and your ability to do something. How many things have you not done or tried because you lacked belief in yourself?
I’ll explain you a very simple exercise to build your self esteem.
