This is the final week of the brain training ecourse!

I hope you have enjoyed this course. I tried to provide you with many tools, exercises and techniques that you can use to improve brain power and really make a good syncronization between your left and brain hemispheres so you can start harnessing the immense power of your whole brain and not just getting limited into one hemisphere.

I know this course was very heavy on exercises, but if you did them all, I’m pretty sure you got your money’s worth 🙂

Here’s the final round of exercises:

Exercise 14 “Walking Figure of 8” – This is a great exercise that is used to treat dyslexia and other learning disabilities but it’s also an amazing way to improve your brain sync. I’m really surprised this exercise is not used more often in schools. If every school did this, our children would be much more prepared for learning and using their brains.

Exercise 15 “Feet/Hands Sync” – The last exercise of this series! If you found the other ones too easy, I guarantee this last one will really make you sweat!

Exercise 16 “Non-Dominant Hand Writing” – The final exercise for the non-dominant hand writing. After a few weeks of practice with this one, you’ll be able to write with your non-dominant hand much more easily.
