This course will have 18 exercises that improve your Sensory Perception.
You can choose to do one exercise daily, or several of them each day. Some you can do in your normal everyday routine without the need to take some time to do it; others you need a few minutes of your schedule. How many or how little you do each day depends solely on you. The important thing is that you do at least one a day for the next month or so.
By practicing several of these exercises daily you’ll begin to enlarge your ability to feel, to expand your sensory awareness and you may even start to get a glimpse of what it is to live with more awareness and on the present mode.
Some of these are already things to “wake you up”, a break of the daily life pattern, something different where you can actually feel something instead of “numbness” of feeling that’s so common in modern society.
