“What you eat influences your magnetism?”
The short answer is yes.
But it’s not linear.
What we eat influences everything in our body, so magnetism is no exception.
Obviously we are not even discussing here the good health, since it’s already well established in the scientific literature that a proper nutrition equals better odds for a great health.
The greatest barbarism of today is the habit of feeding unfit things to the stomach and then doctoring the results, instead of turning the process around and doctoring the cause.
The mouth is humanity’s most omnipotent enemy.
For magnetism is not as crucial, yet it’s also present.
Having a vigorous vitality without a good nutrition is often hard, although possible. The energy, the brain and the magnetism are created by the foods and drinks you place in your body everyday.
It all starts with the energy levels. Having a proper magnetic nutrition will give you an influx of good energy that reinforces the magnetism you already have.
It also gives a different strength to your magnetism. A good vitality that allows you to do more and be more. By having higher quality foods running in your bloodstream, the quality of your energy is undoubtedly stronger.
So the magnetism is dependent upon the diet for its good effects.
But, you can still develop strong magnetism and have a bad diet. It’s harder, but possible, since the mind overruns the body.
