Exercise is one of the most important things you can do for superior health and body purification, so I add to include some comments on this course about exercise. I won’t go into many details for exercise since I’m not a personal trainer, but I’ll only add a brief instruction on the 4 kinds of exercise that must be present on ALL exercise routines if you want to take full advantage of your training.
