One important concept in magnetism is this: a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
This means that even if we know exactly what we want to achieve and move through life with focus, ambition, and determination, the weakest link in our energy system can undermine it all.
We might sustain our motivation for a day, a week, or even a month. But eventually, our weak side catches up with us — often with a vengeance. It might manifest as a sudden loss of motivation and willpower, overwhelming sadness, bursts of anger, or even a combination of these in the form of emotional dysregulation.
This “weak part,” as I’ll call it, refuses to be silenced. It demands recognition and attention.
No matter what you do, you can’t ignore it. It will find a way to make itself known — usually at the most inconvenient times. Worse, it can leave you feeling stuck for long periods. So, perhaps it’s not so weak after all. In fact, the more you ignore it, the stronger and more disruptive it becomes.
This is why it’s so important to invest time in exploring and understanding our energy. By identifying these weaker parts, becoming aware of them, and offering them the attention and acceptance they seek, we can begin to address their impact.
There are many ways to explore and understand what lies within you. In magnetism, we focus on energy and body awareness to uncover and process these parts.
But the method you choose isn’t the most important thing. What truly matters is that you recognize and embrace every part of yourself — your whole self. This is what brings peace, magnetism, and purpose to your life. Otherwise, you will keep attempting to grow your magnetism, while something else inside of you constantly drains it.
