When you realize that energy is not just something that moves in your body but also affects your mind and the way you think, you understand that energy is everywhere and affects everything.
Including your cognition and the way, you learn and memorize. Everything is affected by energy.
The more you understand this, the more you can start to change what you need to improve.
Our cognition, the way we think, is a factor that is evermore present in society. Therefore, we need to learn faster and better to get ahead or stay up to date with everyone else.
Regardless of why you need it, understanding the effect of energy on your mind and learning experiences is vital.
It will be quite hard to focus on the book or video you have in front of you if your mind drifts apart.
In the same way, if you are lost in your thoughts, you won’t be able to participate in the conversation you’re having.
You can naturally understand when you’re lost in your thoughts, when you’re unfocused, or when you’re focused. We can all do this one way or another. So it’s not that hard to know when you’re distracted or when you’re focused.
What we work on when training mental states is HOW this works and how you can change it.
Let’s say you are distracted and can’t focus on the work in front of you. Suppose you understand how your energy affects your mind and distracts you. In that case, you can also change it – and yes, it can be changed in a few minutes, making you focused again.
But you need to understand not only the energy movements that bring you to the different states but also how to access different mental states in a way that brings you to your desired one.
