If there’s one thing magnetism is not, it’s monotonous. Magnetism isn’t static, quiet, or constant.
Magnetism is alive.
That’s something we need to understand and accept.
We all want peak performance and strong magnetism every minute of the day — there’s no question about that. If given the choice between feeling great, magnetic, and amazing or feeling weak and drained, the answer is obvious.
But unfortunately, that’s not how energy works. One day, your magnetism might be strong and powerful; the next, it could be weak and low. Today you might feel healthy and strong; tomorrow, you could be sick and stuck in bed.
That’s because magnetism is constantly moving and flowing.
Your mental state mirrors this fluctuation since it’s tied to your energy. Some days, you’ll feel incredibly productive and focused, while on others, you may struggle to write a single word.
Fortunately, most days fall somewhere in the middle — not spectacularly great, but not entirely down either.
Our goal is a steady increase in your magnetism. Despite the natural ups and downs, we want an overall upward trend. That means having more “magnetic” days than weak ones, and seeing a gradual improvement in your baseline magnetism—even on the days that aren’t so good.
The key here is not to feel guilty, frustrated, or discouraged when things don’t go as planned, especially on days when you don’t feel particularly magnetic or mentally vibrant.
This is a process, and down days are part of it. As I’ve said before, building strong magnetism is a marathon, not a sprint.
