I’ve written before how you should conduct your magnetism training.

The first step is showing up. It’s actually doing what you are supposed to do.

If you don’t show up for the training, then everything else just crumbles.

That’s crucial, yet not enough.

The second step, which we covered on the last email, is practicing with presence and focus.

It’s actually being there with full presence, focused in what you are doing and not thinking about what you’re going to have for lunch or what movie you’ll watch next.

If you just do these first two steps, you’ll be well on your way to a great improvement.

But you can take it to the next level with the third step.

The third step is reflection and awareness.

You are showing up and doing the exercises as scheduled, you are doing them with full presence and focus… now you need to reflect on what you are doing.

You need to take a few moments out of your day, outside of your practice session, to reflect on your training.

What are you feeling? What are you getting out of it? What’s stopping you? Are you feeling internal or external blocks? Where? How? How can you solve them?

It’s not enough to repeat the same exercise over and over if you are not getting it right.

This is like doing the same training routine at the gym over and over without thinking on what you are doing and how are your results.

This is the most important step and where an external help can be of great assistance.

All Charisma School trainings have full lifetime support.

This means that you’ll be able to ask me directly what is happening in your training and how can you improve it.

Maybe you’ll need to change something, add or remove an exercise, do it in a different way, among many other things.

As I told you on the last email, our trainings are not robotic.

You are not a robot. You have your own past conditionings that must be taken into consideration when doing anything to change your energy and mental state.
