You are rebuilding

In the last email, we talked about how every exercise in Charisma School is ultimately a tool for inner awareness, an invitation to personal growth, not just a physical or mental drill. Today, I want to go a bit deeper into why this process can sometimes feel… messy.

Let’s be real: it can get confusing and overwhelming. Even in a simple exercise, you’re asked to focus on several things at once — your posture, breath, muscle tension, mental state, energy, specific parts of your body, among others — all at the same time.

It’s like trying to juggle five balls while standing perfectly still. Not easy.

Now, I do my best to introduce each exercise step by step, to make the progression feel natural.

But sooner or later, you might hit a wall. You may feel like it’s just too much to keep track of. And when that happens, I want you to know that it’s completely normal.

Feeling overwhelmed isn’t a sign of failure. It’s a sign that you’re doing deep work. You’re moving out of autopilot and into conscious control.

What we’re really doing here is deconstructing your automatic habits, the unconscious patterns that have been running your body and mind for years, sometimes decades.

We’re pulling back the curtain and asking: Why do I stand this way? Why does my energy collapse when someone looks at me? Why do I tense my jaw when I speak?

These patterns run deep, and shining a light on them isn’t always comfortable. But that discomfort is part of the work.

To make it more concrete, think about brushing your teeth. You’ve done it a thousand times without thinking. But if you decided to optimize your technique — really optimize it — you’d have to consider everything: your toothbrush, how you move it, the angle, the pressure, how long you brush, which areas you neglect. Suddenly, something automatic becomes something conscious.

That’s exactly what we’re doing. We’re taking what’s familiar and unconscious, breaking it apart, and rebuilding it with awareness and intention.

Yes, it takes effort. And yes, it can be tiring. But real transformation doesn’t come from stacking new habits on top of old ones. It comes from clearing out what no longer serves you and putting yourself back together — stronger, clearer, more aligned with who you actually are.

So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, take a deep breath. That feeling isn’t a setback—it’s a sign you’re in the process. You’re not broken. You’re rebuilding.
