Your thriving magnetism

In the previous email, we discussed how magnetism isn’t constant. It has its ups and downs, but what we ultimately want is a steady upward progression in our development.

There’s another key aspect to consider: because magnetism is alive, it thrives on variety and movement.

Magnetism doesn’t flourish in passivity. In other words, spending 80% of your day on your phone or Netflix isn’t helping your magnetism to develop. It’s too passive and monotonous.

Being passive — both mentally and physically — will lower your overall magnetism.

This means the more you engage with the world, the more energy you’ll generate and receive in return. By externalizing your energy and interacting with the world, you keep that magnetic flow alive.

We want to be like a river, constantly flowing, never stagnant.

This goes beyond just going through your daily routine. Some people find routine monotonous, while others thrive on it. But it’s not about what’s happening externally — it’s about the movement of your internal energy.

The key questions to ask yourself are: “Am I alive? Do I feel alive?

While it’s essential to externalize your energy to keep it flowing, the specific actions that work best for you depend on your unique needs. Some things will resonate more than others. But as long as you keep asking yourself those questions and continue moving your energy, like a river, your magnetism will evolve and grow.

Remember: magnetism thrives on movement and withers in monotony.
