The road to charisma, personal magnetism and inner power is always a marathon and rarely a one time sprint.
Many students want to absorb it all in one go. Do a few hours of exercises per day for a couple of weeks thinking their internal charisma and energy will permanently change due to these intense sessions.
What happens is they burn out with the same speed they started. Very quickly and without any concrete changes in themselves.
Naturally, you won’t be able to sustain hour long sessions of exercises for a long time. Life gets in the way. That’s normal and expected. None of us lives for personal and energy development. We all have jobs, bills to pay and a life to live.
Slow and steady always beats fast and furious.
It’s much better if you spend 30 minutes doing important exercises every morning for several months, than 4 hours of daily exercises for one week.
It’s the same with physical fitness. If your goal is to improve your overall physical conditioning, getting into a daily routine of exercise is far superior than one week of intense fitness training followed by months of laziness.
The work you’re doing in inner power, personal magnetism and concentration is a work to change habits and your habitual mode of function. The same way physical exercise conditions your body to be healthier, handle heavier loads, run longer and faster… this charisma work conditions your mind to be stronger and confident, your energy to be more magnetic, and your influence to be superior.
But all of this, just like physical exercise, is only achieved through time and practice. That’s the only way to change your long standing habits and condition your body, mind and energy to the new way of functioning.
