This week we’ll have an introduction to energy anatomy and Will. Don’t let the talk about “chakras” and “energy” put you off. I’m not going to start chanting to Shiva or beheading chickens.
You won’t have to learn or even believe in any of it for the magnetic gaze to work for you. You can continue to be a complete skeptic about all of it. I’m sharing it here for those of you who want to know at least one POSSIBLE theory of why it all works. If you do want to know more about it, read the recommended books below, especially “The Theories of the Chakras” by Hiroshi Motoyama.
Exercises for this second week are:
State your Intention – If we just use this simple technique in whatever interaction we have with people, it will already make a big difference in your life.
Activating your Third Eye – Simple exercise to activate the third eye.
Exercise 3 “The 3rd Eye” – This is another basic exercise to get that fixed, steady and penetrating gaze that is a powerful trait of a charismatic person but this time we’ll start to get used to having a set of eyes looking at us without breaking the focus.
Exercise 4 “The Applied 3rd Eye” – A demonstration exercise so we start to get used to using this gaze in social settings.
