Go out today and notice who you are sexually attracted to. Who draws you in? Who elicits the most sexual response in you?
It’s a very simple challenge, but there are a few issues you should be aware about:
The most common problem is getting your mind in the way. You may think: “I’m not attracted to her because she is a blond. I only like brunettes”. Or something of the sort.
Try to keep your mind – and thinking – away from the process as much as possible. Don’t think about their clothes, color of the hair, weight, or any other construct you might have. Just do a simple “meditation” on attraction. Keep your mind blank, and just notice who you are sexually attracted to.
Another common problem is not differentiating beauty and sexuality. They are not always the same. You may get your attention caught up by someone very beautiful but she doesn’t elicit sexuality in you. While another women, not so beautiful, may elicit much more sexual attraction. Always go for the overall raw, sexual and primal kind of attraction.
The same goes for those with revealing clothes vs normal clothes. Often times, a fully clothed up woman can have much more sexual energy than another half-naked. Notice this difference.
Also, try to make this challenge as neutral as possible. You don’t want to know these women. You don’t want to approach anyone or talk to anyone. All you want to do is to feel! Go to a place no one knows you and just walk around understanding who elicits sexual attraction in you.
