Paracelsus – the pioneer of medicine – wrote:

“A powerful will may cure when doubt would end in failure. The character of the physician may act more powerfully upon the patient than all drugs employed.”

Granted that at the time Paracelsus was living (XVI century), it was the very early days of medicine – with very ineffective treatments compared to now. But still, notice how he realized that a powerful Will could make a difference.

It’s not an accident… the same thing happens in all walks of life. If you are focused on doing something, it will get done.
