Regardless of how “pure” you might think you should be, we can’t ignore or avoid sexual energy.

It’s a part of us whether we like it or not.

Whether you think that sex and sexual energy are “evil,” they will still be there inside of you. As much as you try to avoid it, it will hit you in the face like a ton of bricks.

Ignoring or avoiding what we feel inside is always a bad policy.

It will lead to repression and energy wanting to come out in different ways – that most likely won’t be good for you.

Instead, I propose a different alternative:

Understand and know sexual energy. Instead of ignoring, avoiding, and repressing, fully live and become aware of it.

Notice how it appears, how it happens, how it manifests in your body, and most importantly, how you react to it.

How you instinctively react to it will tell you what you need to work on. Your blocks, repressions, and how you prevent the energy from fully manifesting within you.

Don’t get me wrong. This is not about following your every sexual impulse. It’s about awareness. It’s about observing it and allowing it without necessarily acting on it.
