The type of exercises we teach here in Charisma School are not to be done by routine and/or mindlessly.

It’s not like you can just do them as you are brushing your teeth and they will still give you all the benefits.

Not at all.

That’s why those who hire a personal trainer at the gym usually have faster and better results. It’s not just about the fitness knowledge that the PT might have (although that can’t be ignored), but it’s much more about the “almost forcing” to be completely focused on what you are doing during that hour of physical training, even if you don’t feel like it.

They push you to go one step further.

While if you were training alone, most likely you would do a mindless type of training, giving up a lot faster – hence, getting little results from it.

Being focused on what you are doing is a true key to your performance.

Even Arnold Schwarzenegger said it:

“I also used a lot of visualization in my biceps training. In my mind I saw my biceps as mountains, enormously huge, and I pictured myself lifting tremendous amounts of weight with these superhuman masses of muscle.”

He wasn’t thinking about his last night party. No, he was 100% focused on his training and his goal WHILE he was doing it.

Our energy, gaze or sexuality training is not different from it.

In fact, it’s A LOT more important that you are completely focused on it since they require an internal change of feeling in order to be really effective.

But you don’t have a personal trainer every morning with you as you do energy or gaze exercises. So it must come from your own Will.

It’s up to you to bring up the necessary state and focus to effectively do the exercises.

Granted that it won’t be the same powerful focus and internal feeling everyday, but you want it at least a large majority of your days to be fully focused and not the other way around.
