But it can only become destructive if it remains as an unexpressed feeling.
The inhibited sexual energy produces conflicts and complexes which mentally tear and bind; and as they manifest their physical correspondents, they produce nervous disorders as well as psychosomatic problems.
When I say inhibited sexual energy, I’m talking about fully ignoring your sexual desires, ignoring the sexual feelings that naturally come up in all of us.
As well as, not using this energy, either expressed sexually or using it in other more productive way.
I’m mentioning this not to encourage polygamy or to advocate indiscriminate relationships (and I’m not condemning them either) BUT for you to become aware of the importance of the sexual energy in your well being.
There’s more than one way to express and use sexual energy:
– Transmutation: freeing sexual energy and lifting them into an avenue of constructive expression. Napolleon Hill talks about it in his Think and Grow Rich and many others consciously or unconsciously have used sexual transmutation to achieve more in their lives.
– Sublimation: transfusing the essence of sexual energy into high action and producing a magnetism that is irresistible and wonderful in its scope.
This is our approach in Sexual Magnetism training course. Using the sexual energy in a way that it transforms ourselves with an irresistible magnetism.
Using either of those approaches, expressing sexuality freely, transmutation or sublimation, the atmosphere surrounding us is then charged and complete since the sexual energy then takes the form of fulfilled.
It’s no longer stale in the body looking to cause trouble.
