In the winter we all want to be comfortable and warm at home or at some warm place.
And although this is also needed, we can take advantage of this time – when we naturally seek comfort -to bring out some Will training!
It’s often much harder to do this training in the winter than in the summer, since you can add other
training variables. This makes it the perfect time to increase our Will.
Most of the Will training done during the winter, especially on those really cold days where you really
feel like hibernating on your couch, is worth 20x more since the resistance to doing it is also increased.
So take advantage of this perfect time for increasing your load of Will exercises…

Much harder than anything else!
But once you start, you can’t stop… and you’ll miss it when it’s over since your power at this time, with frequent Will exercises, increases exponentially!
